Return Policy

Equigraph Trading Corp will accept your return within 14 business days of purchase.

You will be refunded the original purchased price for the item minus a restocking fee. Restocking fees vary depending on the item between 35% to 50%.

To qualify for a return, all supplies and equipment are required for you to contact a representative for a Return Authorization Number prior to being returned.

Supplies and equipment must be 100% complete, in the same condition as when sold, and in the original packaging un-opened as provided by the manufacturer (some exceptions maybe accepted). All returns will be inspected and products found to be non-conforming will be rejected at Equigraph Trading Corp sole discretion.

All returned and special order items are subject to a 35% to 50% restocking charge. All shipping and related charges related to returning the item are to be paid by the buyer.

All parts that are specially ordered, manufactured, or purchased specifically for a customer are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Before any claim or return request can be evaluated, the customer must provide clear photos, videos, and technical information requested by our technical team to verify the issue.

If the requested documentation is not provided, the claim cannot be processed or validated.

Our technical department will review all the information to determine whether the part supplied matches the specifications of the order.
By placing the order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
